The website is maintained and managed by its owner, Sindija Anča (reg. no. 16029111668). A website user is any natural or legal person who visits and uses the website.

Any copying, modification, storage, archiving, or full or partial publication of the materials on the website is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the website owner.
The website terms of use are binding on every user. The website owner has the right to change these terms at any time at their discretion, and such changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. If a user fails to comply with these terms, depending on the nature or consequences of the violation, the infringer may be held civilly, administratively, or criminally liable as provided by law.

Distance Contract
The seller of the
goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and
the person placing an order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, conclude the
following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance
with the Buyer’s order.
Delivery and Payment Procedure
The Buyer places an order through this website, indicating the type and quantity of products. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 20 business days after payment has been made. If the Buyer uses a bank transfer, payment is considered made at the moment the funds reach the Seller’s bank account.Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The withdrawal letter form will be sent to the Buyer by email upon request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses related to the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
In accordance with the sixth paragraph of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.” The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s use of the right of withdrawal or to retain a compensation fee if the goods are damaged, handled carelessly during use, used contrary to instructions, if the original packaging is missing, or if the packaging is significantly damages.
Data Processing
By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used so the Seller can process the order and ensure delivery in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the order will be sent to the email address and phone number provided.
