This illustrated wall calendar is a visual narrative about the seasons, the changing light and our connection with nature, living quietly alongside everyday life throughout the year.

The calendar features 12 original illustrations created over several years, as I reflected on the relationship between people, time and ancestral traditions. Each month reveals its own mood and phase of nature, allowing the wall to become a gentle reminder of the rhythm we live in — even when it goes unnoticed in the rush of daily life.

Month names appear in five Baltic languages — Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Livonian and Prussian. The calendar also includes moon phases, solstices, traditional seasonal celebrations, remembrance days and name days — elements that give the year structure and cultural depth.

The calendar is printed in Latvia by Āgenskalna drukas meistari using high-quality Conqueror CX22 Diamond White paper. It is produced in a limited edition — each copy is individually numbered and signed. This is not a mass-produced item — every calendar is a small work of art.
