As one of the pieces from the “Latvian Tarot” cycle, this image takes you to Romuva – the sacred mythical grove of the Baltic people. Among the worshipers stands the High Priest, the “Crewe of all Crewes,” once referred to as the pagan pope. He embodies the Hierophant card from the Major Arcana and represents spiritual authority and wisdom. He is a symbol of tradition, devotion, and the sharing of knowledge.
